Membership

Membership shall consist of: –

1. Original members who signed the application for registration.
2. Members of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK).
3. Stakeholders in the built environment industry

QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

A person who possesses the following qualification shall be eligible for membership: –

1. Has attained the age of 18 years
2. Is within the field of membership consisting of the following common bond; Is a member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) or is a stakeholder in the built environment industry.
3. Is of good character and sound mind.
4. Pays the entrance fee and share capital as prescribed in the by-laws.

HOW TO JOIN

An applicant shall be admitted to membership upon payment of entrance fee of Kshs. 2,500 and minimum share capital of Kshs. 10,000 within 12 months (this amount while non-refundable, earns dividends and is transferable upon withdrawal of membership).

Once a member, you are required to make a minimum monthly contribution of Kshs. 2,000.
