RICS has developed a blended learning programme tailored for construction industry and legal professionals working in South and sub-Saharan Africa.
The use of adjudication is growing rapidly in South Africa and the need for South African adjudicators to operate at internationally recognised standards of competence has never been higher. As the South African construction sector reaches further into Africa – where access to courts and other forms of dispute resolution is limited, there is a need for highly qualified South African adjudicators with an internationally recognised accreditation.
The RICS Diploma in Adjudication is a five module, blended learning course which involves:
- Face-to-face intense workshops (currently online due to COVID-19)
- The opportunity to work with an experienced mentor to develop your decision writing
skills - Guided reading
