To join IQSK you need to fill in the application form and send it by post or drop it at the IQSK secretariat. The membership application form should be accompanied with a passport sized photograph, a photocopy of the applicant’s national identity card, curriculum vitae, letter of recommendation from employer and proof of payment (cash, bank deposit slip or cheque). The applicant’s proposers should be IQSK corporate or fellow members in good standing.
